Dan Schulman
President, Sprint Prepaid Group

Named president of Sprint's new Prepaid Group, Dan Schulman joined Virgin Mobile USA as founding CEO in September 2001, bringing a record of high performance in the consumer-marketing arena and almost two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has led the company from its concept stage and national launch in 2002 to become one of the nation's top wireless carriers, with more than 5 million customers and $1.3 billion in annual sales. Virgin Mobile USA listed on the New York Stock Exchange in October, 2007. In November 2009, Virgin Mobile was acquired by Sprint for ~$800M.

Prior to joining Virgin Mobile USA, Schulman served as the chief executive officer of priceline.com, where he established one of the most popular and recognized brands on the Internet, and was a primary architect in driving the company to profitability and over $1B in revenues. Before that, Schulman served more than 18 years at AT&T, becoming the youngest member of the company's most senior executive team, the AT&T Operations Group, and was President of the $22B long distance division.

Schulman earned a bachelor of arts in economics from Middlebury College and a master's in business administration, majoring in finance, from New York University. He is a member of the board of directors of Flextronics and Symantec while also serving on the board of Autism Speaks, and the advisory committee of Greycroft, an early stage private equity company.


Neil Lindsay
Chief Marketing Officer, Sprint Prepaid Group

As a member of Boost Mobile's executive team since the company's inception in 2002, Neil Lindsay is a veteran of the no contract wireless industry and has widespread knowledge its evolution in the United States. As chief marketing officer, Lindsay is responsible for managing the product, platform and program management departments of the Sprint Prepaid Group including such brands as Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile USA. Lindsay leads the efforts to evolve the brands and product offerings in alignment with the company's charter, business strategy and target market needs.

Throughout his 20-year career, Lindsay has held senior level positions in both product development and marketing at corporate and start-up technology companies in Australia, Asia Pacific and the United States. Prior to Boost Mobile, he developed online products and services for blue chip companies as CEO of one of Asia Pacific's largest Internet solutions companies. Lindsay also served eight years with Hewlett-Packard in a variety of roles, including as Worldwide Product Line Manager for a range of Hewlett-Packard printers.

Lindsay holds a bachelor of applied science degree from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia, and a master's in business aministration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, Calif.


John D. Feehan
Chief Financial Officer, Sprint Prepaid Group

John Feehan joined Virgin Mobile USA in January 2002 as vice president of finance and was promoted to chief financial officer in August 2006. He is responsible for the Sprint Prepaid Group's overall financial activities and planning. Prior to joining Virgin Mobile USA, he served as chief financial officer of SAGE BioPharma. Feehan previously worked for Faro Pharmaceuticals as vice president of financial and operational planning and as director of finance for Stadtlander Drug Distribution Co. Feehan began his career at Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University.


David Messenger
Chief Administrative & Corporate Development Officer, Sprint Prepaid Group

David Messenger joined Virgin Mobile USA in 2005 and, as chief administrative officer, is responsible for customer care, customer base management, customer experience, service delivery, corporate development and human resources. Prior to joining Virgin Mobile USA, Messenger served as senior vice president of human resources for Take-Two Interactive Inc. in New York City. Messenger previously was a principal at Towers Perrin, in senior positions responsible for M&A consulting and the change management practice. Earlier,. Messenger worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the media and telecoms sector both in Europe and the United States. He was educated at the University of Wales College Cardiff and Robinson College Cambridge in the United Kingdom.


Bob Stohrer
VP, Marketing/Sprint Prepaid Group

Bob Stohrer joined Virgin Mobile USA in January 2003 as vice president of brand and communications. Previously, he served as vice president and creative director at the National Football League (NFL), where he directed the League's branding and marketing communications efforts. At Virgin Mobile USA, Stohrer has been behind Virgin Mobile's most defining marketing campaigns – including Chrismahanukwanzakah, the Nothing to Hide naked campaign and No Seas Normal, the most-awarded Hispanic campaign of 2005.

In his current role, Stohrer leads an integrated marketing team responsible for brand stewardship, demand creation and product marketing. As such, he is responsible for advertising and media campaigns, public relations, web and digital initiatives, events and partnership development including Virgin Mobile USA's title sponsorship of the 2009 Circus Tour starring Britney Spears and Virgin Mobile's pro social outreach, called the RE*Generation.

Stohrer attended the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.


Jeff Auman
VP, Sales & Distribution/Sprint Prepaid Group

As Vice President of Sales & Distribution, Jeff Auman leads all sales functions including national retail and indirect sales, operations, distribution strategy, and logistics. Auman's proven effectiveness in both the field and headquarters environment, along with his broad experience leading high-performing teams, drive his ability to effectively accelerate the Sprint Prepaid Group's sales volume, customer experience and profitability.

Prior to joining Boost Mobile in 2008, Auman served as vice president of local marketing at parent company Sprint, where he led national consumer and business segment field marketing. Auman advanced quickly in the organization, holding various sales, marketing and operations leadership roles, including vice president of Sprint Stores.

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Auman holds a bachelor's of science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Miami and a master's of business administration from Florida Atlantic University.


Peter Lurie
General Counsel, Sprint Prepaid Group

Peter Lurie is general counsel of Virgin Mobile USA, and, as co-founder, he played a key role in the formation and launch of the company. He has played a critical role in guiding the company from the start-up phase through its national launch and subsequently rapid growth, completing several capital transactions and an initial public offering, managing the obligations of a public company, and helping to negotiate and structure a strategic acquisition. He has broad management and strategic responsibilities and focuses on negotiating relationships with key partners including technology, major media—having structured several noteworthy innovative deals in the digital media—retail, financial and manufacturing companies. Previously, Lurie served as principal of a private equity group for a German bank, which completed the first public offering of a private equity fund of funds in Europe. Prior to that, he worked on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Lurie is a graduate of Dartmouth College and The University of Chicago Law School, where he was an editor of The University of Chicago Law Review.
