Andre Smith
VP, Boost Mobile
As vice president of Boost Mobile, Andre Smith serves as the key leader for the brand’s overall business strategy and go to market approach. His responsibilities also include driving acquisition and maintaining brand loyalty for the growing talk and text focused brand.
In October 2010, Smith led the development and execution of Monthly Unlimited with Shrinkage. A wireless industry first that rewards customers when they make on-time payments by lowering their monthly unlimited plan from $50 to as low as $35 a month. Prior to joining the Boost Mobile brand, Smith joined Sprint Nextel in 2000 and has held several leadership roles spanning customer service, marketing and strategic alliance.
He holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a BSBA in Finance and Economics from Rockhurst College.
Jeff Auman
VP, Base Management/Sprint Prepaid Group
As vice president of Prepaid Base Management, Jeff Auman leads the combined functions of prepaid replenishment and customer base management, providing the business with a more holistic view of Assurance Wireless, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA, Broadband2Go and payLo customers. He previously managed the replenishment function across both brands, and now is effectively linking the critical and related replenishment and retention functions.
Prior to this position, Auman served as VP, Sales & Distribution first for Boost Mobile and then, after Sprint's 2009 acquisition of Virgin Mobile USA, for all of Sprint's prepaid brands. He played a key role in providing leadership during the prepaid/postpaid integration.
He has more than 14 years of experience at Sprint; prior to joining Boost Mobile in 2008, Auman served as vice president of local marketing at parent company Sprint, where he led national consumer and business segment field marketing. Advancing quickly in the organization, he held various sales, marketing and operations leadership roles, including vice president of Sprint Stores.
Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Auman holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
