Boosted Collaborates with Pop Culture Artist Madsteez to Create an Exclusive Accessories Collection
IRVINE, Calif. — Boosted, a lifestyle brand passionate about and influenced by art, music and popular culture, announced today the launch of the Madsteez x Boosted Device Case Collection available early this holiday season at Karmaloop.com, RevolveClothing.com, select Active retail locations, The Closet and 151 Orchard Street, New York City.
Made from “vegan approved” materials, the Madsteez x Boosted Device Case Collection consists of three fashion accessory cases (small, medium and large) to fit mobile devices such as a cell phone, iPOD, MP3 Player or Blackberry, in addition to a traditional schoolboy nap sack, oversized messenger bag and hip bag. In a consistent and modular function, all three device cases can attach to the larger bags.
“The Madsteez x Boosted Accessory Collection is a natural progression from our exclusive mobile content collaboration with the artist,” said Andrew Schulenburg, Sr. Business Development Manager, Boost Mobile. “This is the first accessory co-brand collection to launch this year from Boosted and with an obvious reflection of Madsteez’ wonderful world of Ween, it is also a unique way for us to enter into this new space.”
As one of the exclusive Boosted artists, Madsteez is also known as a painter, illustrator, graphic designer and multi-faceted artist Mark Paul Deren. Originally from the outskirts of Washington D.C., Deren has spent the last nine years metamorphosing into Madsteez while living in Southern California.
“Collaborating with Boosted has given me the ability to reach a new audience who may not have experienced my work previously,” Deren said. “They continue to provide opportunities to direct my unique vision into new mediums while allowing complete creative control.”
The Madsteez x Boosted Device Case Collection will also be available Dec. 7 – 31 at a Boosted pop-up retail location at 151 Orchard Street, New York City.
