Return Policy

Handsets purchased through boostmobile.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (excluding charges incurred for wireless service). Terms of this return policy are subject to change. Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $25. This return policy applies only to Boost Mobile handsets.

Return Requirements

Handsets must be returned in like-new condition (e.g. no cracks, scratches, liquid damage, or other damage). Return must include original packaging with all original kit components, such as the following (if applicable):

  • Handset
  • Activation Card
  • All Accessories
  • Charger
  • SIM Card
  • Battery

Return Instructions

  1. Call Boost Mobile Returns at 1-800-467-0890 to obtain a Return Authorization Number to be referenced on your phone.
  2. Boost Mobile Returns will only handle requests with Return Authorization Numbers.
  3. Please direct all other Boost related questions to Boost Customer Care at 1-888-BOOST-4U (1-888-266-7848).
  4. Write the Return Authorization Number on the original packing slip and on all sides of the box used to return the phone. Ship the handset and all original package contents to the following address:

Note: 1) We recommend that you use a pre-paid shipping service (i.e. no CODs) that provides a tracking system – for example, FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. 2) This address is ONLY intended for product returns. No written correspondence should be sent to this address. 3) Boost Mobile will not accept packages that arrive “postage due.” 4) Boost Mobile is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

Other Conditions

  • Returned products that do not comply with this return policy, including handsets returned more than 30 days after purchase, will not qualify for a refund and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Please refer to the warranty provided with your product for instructions if your handset is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty and you wish to make a claim under that warranty.
  • Boost Mobile does not exchange products purchased on boostmobile.com. Please return Boost Mobile products for a refund in accordance with the procedure listed above and purchase a new product through boostmobile.com.
  • Please allow up to eight weeks to receive your credit card refund. Your refund will be applied to the credit card account that your purchase was initially charged.
