1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Boost Mobile / Tropic Thunder - Tropic Summer Giveaway, sponsored by Boost Mobile (together with its divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents and employees, “Boost”), begins on July 25, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 22, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes.

2. TO ENTER: Access the Sweepstakes registration page at www.boostmobile.com/tropicthunder (the “Sweepstakes Site”) during the Entry Period and follow instructions to provide all requested information, then click the “Submit” button to transmit your entry so it is received by Boost’s server no later than August 22, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Requested information may include, among other things, entrant’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address, age and related registration information. Late, incomplete, and/or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Limit one entry per person/email address.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to any individual who: (a) is a legal resident of one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding the State of Rhode Island); (b) is 18 years of age or older at the date of entry; and (c) has access to the Internet as of July 24, 2008. Employees, officers, directors and agents (and their immediate families and household members regardless of where they live, or members of the same households (whether related or not)) of Boost, Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks Pictures, and the respective parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, Internet/wireless access providers, and advertising/promotion agencies of each (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Providers”), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prize. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, RHODE ISLAND, GUAM, PUERTO RICO, ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

4. PRIZES: (1) Grand Prize: admission for winner and up to 50 guests to a private screening of the film “Tropic Thunder” (the “Picture”) at a location in or near the winner’s hometown. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,000. The Grand Prize screening must be scheduled through Boost and must take place between September 2, 2008 and October 3, 2008 on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The specific time and location of the screening shall be determined by the Sweepstakes Providers in their sole discretion. If the potential winner and guests cannot attend at the scheduled time and location, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize includes theater rental. Any other costs or expenses not listed above, including but not limited to transportation to the theater or concessions, are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. Guests must be age appropriate for the Picture, and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian if required by the screening venue. In the event that the Grand Prize winner or any of his/her guests engage in activity or behavior that is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person (as determined by the Sweepstakes Providers and/or screening venue management, in their sole discretion), such parties reserve the right to terminate the screening activities early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her guests home with no further compensation. Additional restrictions may apply, including but not limited to the policies of the screening venue.

(10) First Prizes: a “Jungle Survival Pack”, consisting of two Boost Mobile phones, two $20 ReBoost cards, two Boost Mobile beach towels, and sunscreen. ARV of each First Prize is $179.98.

(50) Second Prizes: a pair of tickets to the film “Tropic Thunder”, awarded as a pair of Movie CashTM movie ticket vouchers, each voucher good for a movie ticket at a participating theater, up to $12 in value. ARV of each Second Prize is $24. Use of voucher is subject to terms and expiration date printed on voucher.

Total combined ARV of all prizes is $3,999.80. No substitutions or cash redemption of prizes are permitted except that Boost and Sweepstakes Providers retain the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value in the case of prize unavailability. All expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. All taxes (including without limitation Federal, state and local taxes) in connection with any prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the value of the prize.

5. WINNER SELECTION: On or about August 29, 2008, an independent judging organization will select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. If a potential winner is age 18 or older as is required for entry, but has not yet reached the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (a “Minor”), prize will be awarded to that minor’s parent or legal guardian (“Parent”), who must fulfill all obligations for winners as set forth in these Official rules, or such prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail, mail and/or telephone. At Boost’s sole discretion, any potential winner may be required to complete a notarized affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within time period specified in potential winner’s notification letter. At Boost’s sole discretion, the Grand Prize winner’s guests may be required to complete a liability and publicity release prior to the screening. Any failure to timely return required documents, noncompliance with the terms of these rules or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited and an alternate potential winner to be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded.

6. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant (and if a Minor, entrant’s Parent) unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Boost (whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes), and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entries and other submitted materials become the property of Boost and/or its promotional partner(s) and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sweepstakes Providers are not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected entries or postage-due mail, or for any technical malfunction, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failure in connection with any telephone/wireless network or equipment, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Entries are void if unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, mutilated, tampered with, forged, mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes Providers make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished or made available in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Providers are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer(s), other equipment, or person(s), related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or using the Sweepstakes Site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, strikes, industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Boost, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Boost reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the Sweepstakes, and to select winners from among all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Boost in its sole discretion. Screen shots or any other evidence of entry submission will not be deemed receipt of any such entry. Entry must be made by the entrant and via the means described above in Section 3 only. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder to whom the email address (as declared in such entry) is registered at the time of entry. A potential winner may be required to provide Boost with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Boost's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any abbreviated rules or advertising distributed in connection with the Sweepstakes, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. You are not a winner until entry has been verified and you have complied with these official rules.

RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, each potential winner consents to use of his/her respective name, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes for this and similar promotions without compensation, and the potential Grand Prize winner may be required to provide a signed release acknowledging such consent. Moreover, by entering this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, the potential prize winners agree to grant to the Sweepstakes Providers, and their respective licensees, affiliates, and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the prize winners' respective name, likeness (actual or simulated), voice (actual or simulated), and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Boost in its sole discretion.

BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT (AND IF A MINOR, ENTRANT’S PARENT) (A) FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BY ALL DECISIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PROVIDERS (WHICH DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DECISIONS REGARDING ELIGIBILITY, WINNERS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF TERMS USED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES; AND (B) REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES IS TRUE, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL THE SWEEPSTAKES PROVIDERS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE, THE REMOVAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE OF, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES, ALL PRIZES, AND ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in California and where the relevant contacts are with such state. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

(a) Privacy: Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Boost Mobile’s Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at http://www.boostmobile.com/support/service_policies/privacy.html; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that Boost Mobile may share your personal information with the Sweepstakes Providers for the purpose of prize fulfillment in the event that you are chosen as a potential winner. Additionally, by opting in to a specific offer by a Sweepstakes Provider, you agree to receive additional email communications from such Sweepstakes Provider and your personal information shall be governed by its privacy policy and terms of service. (b) Severability: Headings: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.
