    How do I access voicemail?

    You can access your voicemail by touching the PHONE widget on the home screen, and then touching and holding down the number 1. Or, from your main screen select the Voicemail icon for direct access.

    How do I set up and use speed dials?

    To set up a speed dial on your Boost Warp 4G, touch the PHONE widget on the home screen. Touch the MENU button at the bottom right side of the screen. Select SETTINGS then SPEED DIAL. Select a KEY then enter the phone number you wish to assign to that KEY for speed dialing. Or, select the CONTACT widget and choose the entry from your contacts list you wish to assign to that KEY for speed dialing. Press OK when complete.

    How do I add a widget to my home screen?

    To add a widget to your home screen, select the NAVIGATION button at the center of the bottom tray of icons, then select the upper right tab labeled WIDGETS. From there, press and hold the widget until the main screen comes up and release to desired location. Pay attention to the sizing (i.e. 3x2, 4x1) to ensure there is enough space to add the widget.

    How do I remove items from my home screen?

    To remove an app or widget, touch and hold down the app or widget. REMOVE will appear on the screen. Move the app or widget over the REMOVE pop up.

    How can I take a photo?

    Select the CAMERA button on the wake up screen or home screen. The viewfinder will turn green when the camera has successfully focused on the subject. Touch the ZOOM button and slide to the right for up to 4x magnification. Touch the SHUTTER button.

    The CAMERA button allows you to also take videos, panoramic and HDR photos. Utilize the black & white or sepia tone colors or adjust ISO and white balance settings for semi-professional and artistic results.

    How do I set a photo to my home screen?

    Setting your favorite photo to your home screen is easy. Touch the Navigation button, select FILE MANAGER, select PICTURE, and select a photo. Touch the SET AS button, select WALLPAPER, and use the edit feature to size and center the photo. Select OK in the top right of the screen.

    How do I manage my contacts list?

    Touch the CONTACTS widget from the home screen to open your contacts list

    To create: Touch ADD CONTACT widget in the bottom right of the screen. Complete the contact’s name, phone number, email address and other information. When completed, touch the DONE button in the top right of the screen.

    To delete: Select the contact you wish to delete. Touch the MENU button on the bottom right of the screen. Select DELETE, then OK.

    To edit: Select the contact needing the edit. Touch the MENU button on the bottom right of the screen. Select EDIT, then select Add Another Field or touch the X to the right of the field you wish to delete, or type in the field to edit the existing contact information.

    How do I change the font size on my phone?

    Touch the Navigation button. Scroll the APPS to locate and touch the SETTINGS button. Select DISPLAY and select FONT SIZE. Select the size of the font.

    How do I turn on my Wi-Fi?

    Touch the Navigation button, then settings, then Wi-Fi. Slide the Wi-Fi Switch to the ON position to turn on Wi-Fi. The phone will scan for available wireless networks. Touch a Wi-Fi network to connect. If you select an open network, you will be automatically connected to the network. If you select a secured network, enter the key, and then touch Connect.
