Call care for information on usage controls (e.g., account blocking tools or similar features). Other Terms:  Offers not available in all markets/retail locations or for all devices & are subject to change. Additional fees apply for number changes and market transfers. A nonzero prepaid credit balance is required at all times to access any services not included in your plan (excluding 911 and Boost Customer Care); balance cannot exceed $300. Walkie-Talkie: Unlimited nationwide walkie-talkie available with iDEN Series phones only. Walkie-Talkie not available for CDMA Series phones.  Calls to your voicemail are charged at the rates set forth in your plan. Standard airtime rates apply when initiating/receiving calls through the call waiting feature. Other surcharges may apply.

PAY AS YOU GO: Voice: 20¢/minute. Text Messages: 20¢/message. Multi-Media Messages: 25¢/message. Web: 50¢/day. Directory Assistance: $1.29/call + airtime; interactive voice response services only. Email: $0.99/day when used; available on select phones only. Instant Messaging: $0.99/day when used; available on select phones only. Voice calls are rounded up to the next minute. Outbound voice calling rates are based on the geographic location of the cell tower connecting callsand inbound voice calling rates are based on the customer's home calling area, which may impact rates that vary based on time of day (e.g., nights and weekends). Text Messages: Standard message rates are charged for sent/received messages, whether read, unread, viewed, unviewed, solicited, or unsolicited. Wireless Web: Subscription fee charged daily regardless of usage unless customer calls Customer Care to deactivate. CDMA Series: For EVDO capable devices, web services are provided by the Sprint 3G network with 3G EVDO Rev-0 Sprint speeds in certain coverage areas (Rev A speeds available only with Rev A capable devices); walkie-talkie excluded. $1/Day Domestic Walkie-Talkie: Available only with iDEN Series phones. Daily charge will apply on the days you use or receive a walkie-talkie call. Other Terms: Add money to your account once your balance gets low or at least once every 90 days to keep your service active, or you will lose any funds in your account and your service will be interrupted. Once your account hits a zero balance you will have 60 days to add money to your account to keep your account and service active. Otherwise your account will be cancelled and you will lose all funds in your account balance and your telephone number. If your account is cancelled, a $10 reactivation fee will apply.
