What is Premium Visual Voicemail?
Premium Visual Voicemail is a monthly subscription service that transcribes your voicemail messages into text in your existing Visual Voicemail application.
In addition to the standard Visual Voicemail features, Premium Visual Voicemail lets you:
Conveniently read a transcribed voicemail message if you’re unable to listen to it right away.
Have your messages transcribed in Spanish or English.
Have transcribed voicemails sent to your Visual Voicemail inbox, an email address, and as an SMS text message.
Flag messages as high or low importance.
Compose notes and attach them to messages.
Create custom folders for organizing and storing messages.
How much does Premium Visual Voicemail cost?
Premium Visual Voicemail is $3.00 a month and will automatically renew each month until you remove it.
How do I subscribe to Premium Visual Voicemail?
Subscribing to Premium Visual Voicemail is easy. Launch the app and tap on the Go Premium button at the top. Then, tap on the Subscribe button to complete the purchase.
Note: To subscribe to Premium Visual Voicemail successfully, please ensure that the account has a minimum balance of $3.00 prior to attempting the subscribe from the app.
Is Premium Visual Voicemail available on all devices?
Premium Visual Voicemail can only be used with select Android phones running Android 8.0 or higher.
How can I set up Premium Visual Voicemail features?
Premium Visual Voicemail allows you to forward messages to your email and have them auto-forwarded to your phone as SMS texts.
Tap the three lines in the left corner and tap Settings. Select Preferences to update your settings.
Do I have to reapply my custom settings when I update my Premium Visual Voicemail app?
You'll need to reconfigure some of your custom settings after updating from a legacy version to the latest version.
Theme
- Tap the three lines in the upper left to open the menu.
- Tap Settings. Tap Preferences.
- Tap Display.
- Tap Themes.
- Select the theme you'd like to use.
Folders
- Tap the three lines in the upper left to open the menu.
- Tap Create New Folder.
- Enter the name of the new folder.
Voicemail blocking
- Tap the three lines in the upper left to open the menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Voicemail blocking.
- Add the number you'd like to have blocked.
How do I cancel my Premium Visual Voicemail subscription?
To cancel your subscription please click Unsubscribe within the app.
Please note, if you cancel your subscription you will not be able to subscribe again until the end of the current billing cycle.
