Waiving reactivation fees for customers through May 12, 2020.

Starting March 21:

Customers currently on an unlimited data plan that includes Mobile Hot Spot with Boost Mobile, will automatically receive an additional 20 Gigs of mobile hotspot on their plans at no extra cost through April 30, 2020. No need to call care or update your account through boostmobile.com.
- You will not see these extra Gigs added to your current Mobile Hotspot allotment. For information on how these additional Gigs will be allocated to your plan, please see the FAQ below.
Customers currently on a capped data plan (including WiFi Hotspot plans and Unlimited Plans without Mobile Hot Spot) with Boost Mobile, will automatically receive an additional 20 Gigs of data on their plans at no extra cost through April 30, 2020. No need to call care or update your account through boostmobile.com. If you want to add mobile hotspot check out our rate plans that include mobile hotspot.

How can I get support?

: At Boost Mobile, we are doing everything we can to slow the spread of COVID-19. Our priority is keeping our customers, employees and communities safe and connected. As it is critical to reduce personal contact and increase social distancing, our boostmobile.com My Account and My Boost app support services are the most effective ways to help our customers and employees.
: We encourage you to use self-service options through My Account at boostmobile.com or via the My Boost App as we are currently experiencing high call volumes with long wait times during the pandemic.
: We recommend using boostmobile.com to explore our products, make purchases, and get the service you need from the safety of your home.
: You can visit My Account and use your credit/debit card to make a one-time payment or redeem a Re-Boost® card. Pay Now.
: You will have 30 days from the date your last payment was due to receive this benefit. During those 30 days, you will be able to receive incoming calls and text messages, but you will not be able to make any outgoing calls (except 911/611 calls) or send any text messages, and you will not be able to use any data during this time. This is our way of keeping you connected until you can pay your monthly charge. Once service is restored, your monthly payment date will change to one day prior to the date that service was restored (e.g., if your service is restored on February 15th, your monthly payment date will be reset to March 14th). Restoring service at the end of or on the first of the month (i.e., 30th, 31st or 1st) will result in varied payment dates contingent on the last calendar day of the month.

You have 30 days to resume service by paying your monthly payment in full or your account will be cancelled and you will lose all funds in your account balance. During this time we will send you a few free text messages to notify you that your payment is due.

: With the exception of indoor shopping malls, all Boost Mobile retailer doors are now open in Puerto Rico. However, the hours of operation are reduced at this time to 10am – 5:00pm, Mon – Sat. Indoor shopping mall Boost Mobile retailers are normally scheduled to reopen on June 8th.
: Smartphones and devices are considered a high-touch surface. Review the CDC’s recommendations for cleaning “high-touch” surfaces.
