Boost Mobile is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. See below for information related to our privacy practices.
When you use your Boost Mobile-service wireless device, you see ads displayed on websites and applications that you access with your device. Through Boost’s Mobile Advertising Program, we are now offering you the opportunity to have Boost and its advertising partners provide you with ads that are more relevant to your interests in place of the generic, random ads you might otherwise receive. You must opt-in to this program in order to participate. Under this program, we use the information we collect to provide you wireless service, such as information about the websites you visit and the mobile applications you use on your Boost Mobile-service wireless device, in order to serve you more relevant advertisements.
We also share this information with our advertising partners so that they can serve you more relevant ads, but, in so doing, we do not share information that identifies you personally, like your name or mobile telephone number. Rather, we use an anonymous identifier that is associated with your mobile device (such as "2drdn43np2cMapen084lzpeQ8843ih") together with Mobile Usage Information, high-level location information (e.g. the cell tower serving your device) and Consumer Information. Using this information, advertisers are able to more easily find the audience they are trying to reach. For example, a local sporting goods store may want to advertise only to sports fans who live within 10 miles, and we might help deliver that store’s ad to your wireless device by sharing non-personalized information with the advertiser (such as "2drdn43np2cMapen084lzpeQ8843ih is a sports enthusiast").The anonymous identifier we use for this purpose is dynamic and changes periodically. We also share demographic data provided by other companies that does not identify you personally.

To make mobile ads you see on your device more relevant. You must opt in to be included in this program by following the instructions below. |
When you use your wireless device, you see ads displayed on websites and applications. A local business may want to advertise only to people who live within 10 miles, and we might help deliver that ad on a website you access on your wireless device without sharing any information with the advertiser that identifies you personally. |
Using certain information that we collect to provide wireless service to you (including high-level location information), we can determine whether you fit within an audience an advertiser is trying to reach. This means Boost Mobile can help to provide ads that are more relevant to you. We will not share any information that identifies you personally. |

You will continue to receive ads on your device, but those ads may not be as relevant to you as the tailored ads you would receive under the Mobile Advertising Program.
Under Boost’s Reporting & Analytics Program, we combine Mobile Usage Information and Consumer Information in a way that does not personally identify you to prepare business and marketing reports that we may share with others. We may also share location and usage information with other companies in a way that does not personally identify you or your location. We may produce or allow others to produce limited business and marketing reports with this data. Business and marketing reports contain information about groups or categories of Boost Mobile customers. These reports do not identify you personally.
You may opt out of having your information included in the aggregated reports we share with third parties.
