Had my phone for a few years and recently I was not able to hear any sound from my device, wether it's talking to someone on the phone or even listening to music. I was told by Rene? to either purchase a new phone or go through my insurance to pay $40. I brought my phone in again 2 weeks later and that's where I met staisha.She has went through many resources that she had already knew , even to kindly look up on google or contact someone she knew to see if they had any more info to help solve the situation. Although it wasnt able to , I'm very glad to have met staisha she really took her time and had so much patience to look into what's wrong or how she can help fix and not jumping to me purchasing a new phone just cause. I appreciate you very much for even trying when it's out of your control also because of YOUR amazing troubleshooting it atleast now works with my earphones so that's awesome!! Thank you again! Although store is closed sometimes, I'm glad to always run into staisha when she is here. She always helps with my phone anytime I have a problem with it & I'm glad to say she has a lot of patience and fixes it the way I want it or should be. Other associates would be too quick to say I need a new phone even when it's a simple fix. Love it!! Love the service thanks to staisha , she is Indeed one of a kind(: thank you girl!
