Very helpful and friendly employee, however this is an authorized reseller store for Boost Mobile and has higher prices than going through Boost Mobile directly. To switch here at this store would have cost me a $45 activation fee, plus the full first month's price of whatever plan I chose. I ended up going straight to Boost Mobile online and was able to start a new plan for only $10/month for the first three months and activate my phone with no activation fee. Still, if you want immediate service, and to have someone set everything up for you, the friendly staff at this store would be a good option.
