I want to give Jessica a big shout out! I came in today with several options I wanted to investigate about adding a second phone to my plan…possibly purchasing a new phone, reactivating an older phone. She was very helpful and patient with me. When we finally were able to access my account, she discovered that I was on a different boost plan that their store doesn't service. I didn't know there was a difference between prepaid and postpaid otherwise I wouldn't have wasted her time. We had a few laughs, and she was a pleasure to try and do business with. I would highly recommend asking for her if you visit the store. Good customer service really stands out today and Jessica delivered!
