I should have posted this review several days ago, but I've just been so busy and it gave me time to think about my experience. You can well bet, I was SO disappointed with my Verizon service...they cheated me out of a free phone that they promised me and the service wasn't great, and both the web and phone apps were just....completely (*) <== throw an F-word in there....useless! . Anyway. I went to Boost Mobile in Lake Havasu to try their prepaid service. ( I think her name was) Jessica. She did everything for me. All I did was give her my phone. She put in the sim, configged the new service, and she knew EXACTLY what to do when Verizon wasn't giving up my phone number when I wanted it ported to my new service. She knows exactly what she's doing, (she got on the phone) and does it. GOT IT DONE. I left her shop with a working phone, and I kept my number. My biggest concern was if I had good service in my area. Fact is, it's just fine. I have no complaints! She was mostly confident from feedback from other users in my area....I'll join that club! I'm 25 miles south of Yucca. I mean, in the middle of the desert, and I have full signal here. Thank you Jessica. . I'm sorry my situation was a little more work than ( what might be the ) usual... and I appreciate you having the knowledge, patience, and effort to get my connection right. Thanks again.
