My daughter and I visited the boost mobile store in bellflower, and Jordan went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to back up our old phones, walked us throughout the entire process, and made sure everything transferred smoothly. He also got us great deal when we switched from T-Mobile, cutting our monthly bill in half. ( from T-Mobile) Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service.
