Visted the this store on Saturday because the phone I had for 6 years stopped working and the person where I buy my phones has left the business after 17 years. But, I was fortunate to visit this store and have the right person help me ,that person was Clayton. Clayton was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He took time to troubleshoot the old phone and was able to update and formatt the information from the old phone to the new phone making sure it was organized and easy to use. People like Clayton should be appreciated because their are few who exhibit the caliber and qualities of someone who really understands excellent customer service. I will stay with Boost mobile because of employees like Clayton who take time to ensure the customer walks away happy with their purchase.
