I came here the other day because I had left my phone on the light rail so you know had to get another one well Cynthia the girl that was working there went above and beyond to help me. I was beyond stressed out, she let me use the phone to call my people which I ended up finding out someone turned my phone in, she helped me look up the bus route on how to get there, the phone number to call and make sure my phone was there and to also call my halfway house so I wouldn't get in trouble. If it wasn't for her I probably would have had a melt down but she definitely didnt need to do any of that. Then she proceeded to give me a water and some snacks. If that aint amazing customer service, above and beyond, and just an amazingly good person, I dont know what is. Yall need to make sure to keep her and give her recognition. Something.
