Nick is there absolute best! He made my entire experience a very positive one I felt like he really cares about me and what I was going through. He ask about my day and how I feeling, maybe that’s not important to some but it made me feel like I was more than just another sale to Nick. I can tell he genuinely cares about everyone that walks in his store. If you come in here asks for Nick, he really knows his stuff, he helped me transferred my phones number. I can’t not thank him enough I would have been so lost without his help. All this phone stuff I find so confusing but Nick made simple. He dealt with the annoying AI chat bot from straight talk, handled customer service, helped me get my account number and transfer pin, and activated my phone. I wish I knew about this store and Nick sooner.
