I just wanted to point out to everyone that the Boost retail store at 7945 103rd St., Jacksonville, FL 32210 is a great store. I’ve been in and out of that store three or four times in the last five years and I’ve had service with Boost before right now. I’m with Horizon T-Mobile, But I called the Boost store to ask him to run an IMEI number check for me because I’m going to give an old Boost phone to a friend of mine and JASON went out of his way to explain how the billing worked and to give me advice on the best phone to get and the best way to set up my used phone for my friend that’s off to the exceptional customer service provided by JASON. I hope that the Boost corporate people give him a raise by the way I’ve never met him in person as far as I know.
