I was unable to recieve picture messages or make phone calls for over a year now. after seeking help over the phone for countless hours and 4 different trips to 4 different stores wasting my gas. Andrea fixed all my phone issues that I had with metro PCS in under 5 minutes. I was impressed to say the least. thank you so much!!!!!!!!
