Have been to this location more in the past month than I have in years. I had some issues with my phone and when I went to get it figured out, Heaven helped me every step of the way. She is a great employee with amazing service skills and am glad that she was there everytime I kept having to come back with little issues. I hope she is there next time I need to go in for any reason. I've never had any issues with my service and I'm in a rural area. Hopefully I can keep boost sevice for a while, been a customer for 10 years. I have always came to the Starke location and I'm really glad its there.
