I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years now, and every single time I walk through those doors, I am completely blown away. I’ve spent years working in sales, customer service, and the food industry, so I recognize excellent service when I see it. Chuck doesn’t just hit the standard; he completely redefines it. His impeccable approach as a business owner and service provider is rare enough, but what truly sets him apart is his heart. He treats every single customer who walks in like one of his closest, dearest friends—and the community mirrors that energy right back at him. Even on the rare occasion a customer comes in combative, Chuck handles it with such grace that they almost always return later just to apologize. That speaks volumes about the respect he commands. The extra mile isn't just an occasional thing for Chuck; it’s his standard operating procedure. He literally will not lock his doors until the very last customer is fully taken care of. If he has to dial into support 100 times to break through a wall and find a solution for you, he will do it without a single complaint. Day in, day out, he gives this business 1000%. Over the last four years, anytime an unforeseen situation arose that looked like a disastrous mess, Chuck calmly stepped up, sorted through the chaos, and completely resolved it. Monday night was a perfect example of his dedication. He offered to stay open late to help myself and another woman handle two incredibly challenging, "pain-in-the-rear" activations. Watch this man work is like watching a masterclass. He was pushing through system obstacles, on the phone clearing up confusion with other departments, multitasking between two difficult setups, and still warmly greeting and engaging with every person walking through the door. Boost Mobile corporate needs to wake up and realize exactly what an invaluable asset they have in Chuck. To the company, it might just look like one tiny dot on a map, but to the people of Alton, it’s a community staple. Anyone who visits this store once becomes a customer for life.
