I had great customer service since I walked into the door. I was having issues with my screen not working on my IPhone & Melissa helped me. She greeted me, as soon as, I walked in. She asked me what I needed and within minutes she resolved the issue. Mind you all the Rockford stores were closed & I drove to the Belvidere store. She was patient, kind, and friendly.
