I’m giving 5 stars because of the excellent service and professionalism of the young lady working at this store.
Last night, toward the end of her shift, I witnessed two separate incidents involving two different customers being aggressive toward her. These were situations beyond her control, and she handled herself professionally. Since this is a one-person store, she was working alone, and I noticed there didn’t appear to be any safety measures, such as a panic button or emergency alert system.I strongly encourage the owner to address these concerns and implement safety measures to protect both employees and customers. No employee should have to handle these situations alone without proper support. She deserves recognition for her service and a safe working environment.
