I left T-Mobile after almost 20yrs to go to Boost and was told by a Boost store rep on 10th and Shadeland about a deal that was posted. The sales rep lied to me to get a sale last wk basically only for me to return this wk and suddenly the deal was off after he had told me I had 2wks to make a decision on said deal. I was frustrated and left to see if I could get help elsewhere and decided to call Amy who was working at the store on Post and told me to come see her and she would take care of me! She went above and beyond and honored the proposed deal that allowed me to keep my same number and upgrade my phone with a few free perks! Thank you so much Amy! You are amazing and appreciated!!! I can’t thank you enough☺️

Amy was amazing. She got me in and out the store quickly. Very patient and knowledge of all the different phones and phone plans. My gbabies were running around like crazy however Amy was very pleasant. I will highly recommend this store and I will come back to see her again!
