Nikky at the Winchester Rd (Lexington, KY) location is positively awesome! Not only was she extremely helpful for me, I was there for a while and got to watch her in action. She's great at multi-tasking, has excellent product knowledge (both in equipment and service), and MOST IMPORTANT...She acknowledged each customer who entered the store. She'd say things like, "I'll be with you in a fewminutes while I finish working with this customer." (I've gone into businesses where a person isn't acknowledged until they get to the counter to be served. I'd feel invisible. Nikky doesn't let folks feel "invisible.")
