I didn't think I'd have my problem solved today at all let alone having everything resolved to the point that I'm taking time out of my day to recognize someone else's wonderful work. Haley delivered hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had in 20 plus years of dealing with phone companies. I expected a hassle and what I got painless and the chit-chat while she was working so hard made the experience all the more pleasurable which again is not something I thought I would say today. Anyhow Haley deserves a raise x2 or at least a bonus because if shes like this with every customer Boost has a golden ticket I surely hope they know it and shes reimbursed likewise. Thank you so much Haley for making my situation today a non issue. 😊
