Lake was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. When I couldn't stand Lake went to the back and got a rolling chair for me. Took his time explaining about the phone and was very patient with my questions. Set up my new phone in no time.

Jay is the man. A little story. I was in the need of a new phone and we have to travel almost 2 hours to finds a boost mobile. I choose this location because the review photos were promising. I arrive there and I see Jay taking care of customers service wise and human wise. He offered a female customer and myself seats and apologized for the waits. The store was clean and vibe was peaceful. I received some of the most top notch customer service. Jay was informative about phones and patient with me. chelsea & portia were the best today! kameron was very helpful today as well, i needed an upgrade and they assisted me very promptly and answered all my questions. go see them they were very helpful and welcoming. and they even transferred all my data to my new phone.
