Sanad helped us fix all our phone problems. He was wonderful. We had to call the corporate office and even though the store was supposed to close he stayed to ensure we were able to conclude our call. We has to come back to the store the next day to purchase a new phone and he arranged everything that we needed to get proper services. He went above and beyond good service to help us. He was amazing and we appreciate all that he did to ensure our needs were met. He was amazing!!!!
