I went to Boost Mobile in Westgate mall on Thursday September 17th , at 930am. There was a very patient young man working there named Joel. He was helping a woman through probably one of the worst things she'd ever go through having all of her information transferred off of her phones to other phones. He worked very patiently with her and took care of everything that he needed to. As I sat there patiently waiting for my turn. He spent an hour and a half with me. My phone had been stolen the day before. I did have a phone that I wanted to transfer my number to and get service back up and running. We were both on the phone to corporate for quite a while.He got my phone turned on, got my number switched to it.He even recovered all of my contacts and most of my pictures, I was absolutely amazed.I thought I lost everything. He was so sweet and kind and patient! If you ever need help as a boost mobile customer , please do not hesitate to go to westgate mall and see Joel! I can't praise his work ethic anymore. He's a great employee , and they're lucky to have him! Today we only hear about the worst.Well, I'd like to talk about one of the best.He turned a very bad situation into an actual enjoyable customer service. THANK YOU JOEL! I hope you enjoyed your lunch!
