Today my mother and I went into the boost store to see our best options of replacing a phone. Stephanie greeted us as soon as we walked through the door! She was extremely helpful, kind and informative about what our options were. I also appreciated how professional she was as well as her manager though i didn't get her name. However while we were in the store I observed how two rude customers were being difficult but she explained very calmly what she could and couldn't do for them. I was getting frustrated listening to them getting ignorant. I almost spoke up to defend the manager but i was so impressed with how she was handling it; without losing her temper or professional behavior. I will always go to this location for any of my mobile needs. Thanks ladies. God bless.
