I recently lost service due to a blackout. I called boost mobiles 800 number to get them to troubleshoot my phone. Unaware there was a blackout at the time. Instead of the woman on the phone letting me know that, she has me take my physical sim out of my phone and sent me a eSIM. We ended the call after 40 minutes for my phone to still not work, but she was confident after my update was finished service would be restored. IT WAS NOT! I go to see Jamie at Boost Mobile (which I should have done in the first place). I give her my information to find out tech support terminated my line and ported out my number that I have had for over 15 years.
Any other person would have told me the number is gone, we can reactivate your service with a new number. Not jamie, she fought for me to keep this number. Between Jamie and her granddaughter I couldn’t have asked for more patient helpful people. They spent hours helping me. Starting on Tuesday afternoon till Friday. They also worked to get my husband and daughters phones working again.
They wouldn’t let me pay them, which is crazy considering Jamie is a independent contractor. I could go on and on about how great they are, but I will end with this; if you ever are having trouble with your service please do not make the same mistake I made by calling customer support through boost mobile. Call Jamie!! She will get you situated. I will only do business with Jamie after the experience Ive had.
Thank you again ladies for all of your help!!
