I was having a problem where I could sometimes not see what other people were posting on some of my group texts. It was related to RCS chats always being in "Connecting" mode and never making it to "Connected." After talking to and investigating at least 6 or 7 different sources trying to get help to fix the problem, Joseph had the idea to take the SIM card out and try it in different phones. It worked in the other phones, so then I knew it was the phone's problem and not a carrier or Google problem, so I got a new phone. Chris was also very helpful in transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone when I brought it in a few days later and also answered questions as I made sure everything was good to go on the new phone.
