Nad is the absolute best service associate I've ever dealt with in 30yrs of having cell phone service. My zfold 6 was hacked from using a guest wifi at lifetime fitness. Do not use shared guest wifi !!! 2 new phones and plans ordered on my account being sent to Florida. Never thought I'd be scammed. Nad told me I wasn't alone and around the 10th customer he's helped the past few weeks from the same scammer's tactics. He took took my problem from there. This guy knows how to help people in more ways I'm sure than just fixing phone issues. Very professional. He was helping tech service do their job and even though he could barely understand the language barrier, he walked them through the process. Fast, efficient and articulate! This guy, at this location for boost mobile is the top dog!! Thanks for fixing my completely hacked phone and account. Everything is back normal now. Thanks Nad! If you guys need phone assistance ask for Nad and save your frustrations knowing there is someone in this department that'll take care of you....
