Nader & Omar is the best dynamic duo in customer service. It was time to do an upgrade on my phone that I have been neglecting. I came in with the issues with my previous phone and Nader was amazing helping me with the best selection. I also was in need for a tablet and that's when Omar was able to help me make a decision on the best one as well as the discounts due to the promo they were having for this month.
The real reason why I decided to leave the review is because of the other customers who came in while I was waiting on my phone to be activated. 3 elderly ladies came in during different times and I commend them both for the patience they had for each customer. 1 lady was so excited to see Nader because of how he helped her before. Omar was helping one customer who was having issues with her bill, and the way they both stepped in to assist her was amazing. I know some people would say they were just doing their jobs, but it was their patience with each one. I've been to other locations where they rush you in and out, but both of these guys are the greatest examples of customer service.
