My old phone died on me yesterday and I went to a Boost store close to my home in Mint Hill, they were able to get the transfer going but was closing in 30 minutes and I needed at least to 2 1/2 hours to complete the transfer. Of course I had problems. The next morning, I went to the Boost Store in Pineville NC. Maya the service rep / cashier came to my rescue, Maya noticed all of my info didn't transfer over, so she downloaded my new phone numerous times, collecting data from the cloud and wherever she could go so that I could get my new phone working the way I want it to work. Maya DID IT with a pleasant demeanor and the patience of JOB. I REALLY appreciate her determination to get what I want and SHE DID IT!! Thanks Maya!!

I had to cancel a line for a stolen phone, I found the Representative, Karla to be extremely kind, helpful, patient and diligent. I'm not comfortable giving personal information especially after having something as delicate & sensitive information already being stolen. But, I felt secure in having it properly taken care of and will be setting up another account. I honestly wasn't going to but, because of her help, I will return to Boost mobile again.
