For the life of me I cannot remember the young lady who helped my son and I get a new account set up today with great deals and promos. She handled everything let us know how to get better deals with the same devices. Excellent top notch customer service. Couldn't of asked for a better person to deal with in a timely manner had us out the door with 2 brand new phones in less then 30 minutes. She took care of all the footwork to get our same numbers transferred from our old providers. Best experience I've ever had getting phone service from any other company especially from that chirping insect. Company. She deserves 20 stars and a bonus.
