Huge shoutout to Ria for making my switch from Verizon to Boost so easy. She initially gave me a great breakdown of the pricing when I just stopped in for a case, taking the time to answer all my questions. There was a bit of a communication gap with another employee when I came back to check out promotions, so I made sure to return when Ria was back. Super helpful, patient, and efficient.

Had a great experience at this specific verizon store clean and well kept. First and foremost I would like to thank Bryan Diaz for all the help he did had a problem with my Verizon bill and he manage to look into my account go though it thoroughly and help me lowered my bill down due to the credits I wasn’t taking advantage of.
