I recommend Boost & especially Lou. My phone required a new Sim card & it would not activate w the one Boost sent in the mail. So here I am working out of town/state with no phone service. So I found this store nearest to where I'm working. Lou, the Sales Rep was very helpful & diligent in calling Boost to get the card activated & my phone working again w Boost customer service on his phone. Calling Boost myself did not work, however going to see Lou at Boost store was the way to get it done & phone working again. Turns out I needed a different Sim card - Lou took care of everything. Even when we got dropped from the phone call, Lou persisted got my phone up & running so I could get back to work.
