Greetings, My name is Valerie Chase I have been going to this Boost Mobil store since I purchased my phone which is a I phone 7 plus. I am from the old school generation in which phones were not a priority. Personal communication was the resolution to receive information. I still have this phone activated. When I have questions about why I am losing access to certain capabilities of what my phone USED to assist me with Abraham is Always there patiently trying to help me. He has verbalized that I definitely NEED to upgrade for my phone just doesn’t have the capabilities to keep up with obtaining Apps which are needed to have access to most benefits offered. I cringe at the thought of having to start over trying to figure out how to use my phone again. Abraham Understand this and so he is patiently waiting for me to finally wave the white flag, come on in and purchase an upgrade. He never turns me away when I come in for this I am pleased 😀. When I can afford to buy an upgrade you better believe that Abraham will be the one I purchase my phone from. I know for a fact that when I do I will be leaving Boost Mobile with the knowledge I need to operate it. I look forward to this day for I can see it coming soon.
