I wish there were more than 5 stars for this review. I had the very fortunate opportunity to be helped today by CJ at the Boost Mobile office at Menaul and Wyoming. CJ spent 2 hours working with me and my brother to resolve a very complex problem. He refused to give up until a solution was found....and, believe me, it was not easy! If every location and every business on the planet had employees like CJ, I can assure you we would all change our opinions on our new world "customer service." All too often, an employee or representative will throw up their hands in defeat and not keep pushing until the problem has been solved. CJ just restored my faith in customer service. If I could reward him for a job VERY well done, I would do just that. I just have to hope that his manager will appropriately recognize him. Thank you, CJ, for going way above and beyond the call of duty when my brother and I came into your store seeking assistance.
