Julio was amazing! I brought my blind friend to the Maryland/Silverado Ranch location to get a new phone. Julio was so kind,caring, and patient helping my friend with all of her requests and setting her up with the talk back feature for the visually impaired. He took my friend by the hand and guided her to a chair and explained everything to her wonderfully. He went above and beyond, and that is so unheard of these days.
