The salesperson who waited on me went above and beyond the call of duty, assisting me in a time of tech crisis. I had lost my phone, contacts and all, at the worst possible time of the month for me, this past May. I had an extremely limited budget, and the gentleman understood, was non-judgemental regarding my financial situation at the time, and extremely patient with my impatient self! First he found a discount that was applied to my bill, ten he found me a phone within my tiny budget, and the greatest thing he did was retrieve my contacts, which I didn't think was possible. I went from using an iPhone for 12 years, and am now very satisfied with my Motorola. Please understand this whole process took about 2 hours, and the whole time the guy was so nice and professional. When he couldn't figure something out, he asked his supervisor, and obtained the answer! I hadn't been able to access good service at this site previously, my first trip I had to wait for the only English speaking employee, and his line was very long. My second trip cost me about 90 minutes, an additional $15 added to my bill, for nothing. I was willing to upgrade my plan for an iPhone 16 which would have been $149 as the promo said, but was actually going to wind up being 280 at the point of sale!!! The girl never cancelled the plan upgrade! Anyhow, please give this store another try, so glad I did!!
