I an writing to highly recommend TJ for his outstanding customer service. A friend of mine recently found himself in an extremely stressful situation after loosing both his phone and wallet. Replacing a phone with out ID or credit card on hand is incredibly hard, But, TJ stepped up and showed immense empathy and went completely above and beyond and this isn't the first time he has helped me or my friend I can always rely on him regardless of whatever situation to be caring compassionate and supportive, Thanks to his dedication and problem solving my friend was able to get a new phone and everything was sorted out.
