Fri., 6/12/26, dropped my old phone, charging port was damaged to where I couldn't charge it again.
Had recently received Boost text with offer of a $49.99 Google Pixel 10, with $60/mon plan, which I was already basically on, having added recurring $10 extra data on top of my $50/mon plan for previous 2 months.
Saturday morning called 3 boost stores after their 10am opening .
One nearest me on Lorain, near 130th, hung up immediately twice.
One on Puritas answered, explained he couldn't help me with the current phone discount offer because he was out of stock til next week.
Then I called this 10611 Lorain location further east from me, and RAFI answered, said he had one such phone in stock.
I don't drive, so took Lyft there by around 11:30am.
I CANNOT express enough praise and gratitude for Rafi's knowledgeable, helpful service.
I may be old, but am still technology ilit.
RAFI assisted at least 4 other customers while remaining available to me setting up my new phone in between.
Congratulations to Boost Mobile on finding such an excellent employee.
I'll head back there next time something needs tending to.
