The lady at this store is AMAZING! 5 years ago I hated to enter this store, the gentlemen that ran this establishement weren't very nice to the female gender; very condescending. She helped my daughter with her phone (messaging/data) so quickly. She even showed her how she fixed it if it ever happens again. I would recommend this store to everyone i know now. She ALSO helped me lower my bill. My family has been with boost for about a decade and I would refuse to go into this store. I did EVERYTHING online. Now, I'll go into this establishment and ditch the overseas phone game.. if we ever need to, that is.. EVERY TIME! They are so helpful now!!

Eddie was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through the process.
