Brytenie is a lifesaver! My dad's phone had officially bit the dust and become a safety hazard (his battery was puffing up). He was in between pays so I decided I was going to get him a new phone. He was skeptical of this boost mobile because of an experience we had 10+ years ago, but I assured him it would be fine. It was more than fine! We walked in and Brytenie greeted us. I explained the situation to her and she went above and beyond for us. She recommended a Motarolla phone for him since that is what he's used too. She asked us about storage use, which is something I've never had anyone ask before. She did not try to upsell us or sell us anything extra she was straight to the point and got us what we needed. She helped us set up the new phone and transfer all my dad's data which he was concerned about. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and it was just such a great experience. I cannot thank her enough for making this experience seamless and easy for us. Not to mention the phone was way cheaper than I had expected which helped a lot.
