The customer service rep was very nice

I was ready to throw my phone out the window until I cane into the store. Ami and Crystal were able to get it working again. Best place to go!

I had a great experience at this store with Ami and Crystal after my phone was damaged from water. I came in stressed out and needing a replacement. What really stood out was their patience. I don’t always understand everything right away, and in other stores I’ve felt rushed or overlooked. Here I never feel that way—they make sure I understand each step and answer all my questions without making me feel like a burden. I love Boost Mobile and the employees!
