The associates in this location were extremely helpful. Being the only location between Salem and Medford is a hard bargain to drive as this location probably gets lots of customers who have to drive a far way to get help! Due to Sim Card Fraud and Boost Mobile customer service unable to verify my mother’s identity over the phone, we had to drive up from Eugene to get help in store. The representative was knowledgeable, experienced, and kind throughout this hard process. Thankful for the mother and daughter who run this branch for staying a float since so many Boost Mobile locations have been closed.
