I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Hector at the Boost Mobile store in Newberg, Oregon! After visiting multiple stores and spending nearly two months without a working phone while still paying for service, I was beyond frustrated. Boost customer service couldn't locate my account, the stores couldn't access it because there was no PIN on file, and I couldn't even log into the app because I no longer had access to my old phone. When I came into the Newberg store, Hector took the time to listen to my situation and worked through every issue until he got everything sorted out. He helped me get service transferred to my new phone and made the entire process so much less stressful. To top it all off, when we got to the activation fee, I honestly thought I was going to have to walk away. I had recently moved into a new apartment closer to a new job, and money has been tight. After seeing everything I had already gone through—including paying for two months of service I couldn't even use—Hector was understanding and went above and beyond to help me by waiving the activation fee. Excellent customer service like that is hard to find these days. Hector genuinely cared about helping me and made sure I left happy.
