Overall great experience with the boost guy working when I arrived at the store. Was greeted and immediately started helping me and understood my concerns with current providers and the complications because the tmobile people are totally incompetent. The guy had to get transferred 50 time's with tmobile people who just wouldn't understand canceling the port protection. Something that should have taken an hour took 3 hours because of tmobile. The gentlemen kept my crazy calm. He was very professional and saw my distress with the tmobile people and gave me an my company waters. It cost me $208 to set up an get rid of tmobile. My bill with tmobile for 2 people has been $325 plus; an now with boost ill be paying maybe $125 per month for 2 phones and internet.
Looking forward to less financial stress. Tmobile could never explain why it cost so much. I've been struggling like everyone has an this guy just took huge weight of my shoulders. Highly recommend Love and his Wife. They stayed an hour past to help me ensure everything was done properly as my phone is very important as its connected to my business and I could not loose my number.
